Should You Order a Wedding Album?
This is an easy YES. This is the most important day of your life. You should enjoy your wedding photographs and remember all those amazing moments through a gorgeous, heirloom album – not just on your phone or in a massive online gallery. You shouldn’t need an internet connection to view your wedding photographs. You should be able to grab this gorgeous book whenever you want to relive that amazing day.
There are memories created and conversations started when you have friends and family over and can all pour over the beautiful images together. Trying to show your loved ones these special memories on a tiny cellphone or iPad screen is just not the same. What is crazy to me, is that we are on track to be the most photographed, but least documented generation. I am a firm believer in printed images–just come to my house! I have photos of my family and friends printed and hung on every wall! These images bring me joy on a daily basis, and they are gifts I can pass down to my kids in the future. I still remember years after I moved out, my mom gave me a huge box filled with old photographs, and I spent hours sitting on the floor getting lost in my childhood.

WHAT IS THE DESIGN PROCESS LIKE?
Each album is unique to the couple, and I personally design the entire layout to tell the story of your wedding day. I truly believe that I have found THE perfect printer for Big Sur weddings. They just have that magical, all natural gorgeous, yet boho Big Sur vibe. After we discuss what size and cover you want, and the order is received–I will ask you to choose your favorite 50 images that you would like to see possibly included in your album. I will then start designing your album that will tell the perfect story of your day. I will then share the design with you through a program where you can easily leave feedback on images you’d like to swap out and any design requests. I’ll make as many adjustments as needed until it feels just right.
WHAT SIZE IS A WEDDING ALBUM?
I offer 3 different album sizes: 12 x 12, 10 x 10, and 8 x 8 (only as an add-on Parent Album). The Journal Art Books have a soft, leather-wrap cover that envelops pages of beautifully hand-torn, cotton rag fine art prints - front page embossed in gold. A rustic leather strap winds around to finish the look. The Journal cover is unattached to the block of pages. The Art Book is also printed on hand-torn, cotton rag fine art paper and is hardbound in either leather, velvet, or linen. All photographs are printed on gorgeous, thick paper that lays flat, ensuring that the images are displayed without warping and in beautiful color tones. Each album is one-of-a-kind.
WHAT KIND OF TEXT CAN I INCLUDE ON THE ALBUM?
On the front of the album, I often emboss the names of the couple and/or the date. There’s a lot of customization available for the front cover and spine, so we can talk about what feels right for you.
WHAT KIND OF COVERS STYLES ARE THERE?
I offer leather, velvet, and linen covers in various colors.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE UNTIL THE WEDDING ALBUM IS DELIVERED?
Once I get started on the design, it’s usually around 6 weeks until your album is in your hands.
CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE COPIES?
Yes. I actually offer copy albums at a lower rate.
